We’ve worked hard to simplify the delivery of products and provide free shipping for you. If you have any questions about the options above, reach out to hello@overapintofbeer.com

Our Standard shipping duration is 3-4 working days. However if in the event, the demand for the product is not as projected, there could be a shipping duration of upto 7 working days.

Please note that working days here refer to Monday – Friday. It does not include the weekend and public holidays as per the Indian Calendar.

Return

We want you to love what you get. We are committed to running a sustainable business so that we can grow organically and create better quality products for you and our community at large.

We follow a strict three step quality control process between our Manufacturing Facility and our Logistics Team. However, there are chances of an occasional slip up from our end. If your product is damaged or if we have sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please write to us at hello@overapintofbeer.com within 2 working days or call us at + 91-9820986638

We will send across a fresh piece immediately. A return pickup will be initiated to pick up the damaged product in 7 working days.

Exchanges

If you change your mind, or want to swap a gift for something else, exchange requests can be submitted to hello@overapintofbeer.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

If you made an error when purchasing online, and it’s still within 24 hours of placing your order, contact our support team at hello@overapintofbeer.com right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands.
